The CHAOS is a 22-item measure of attention problems, hyperactivity-impulsivity, oppositional-defiant behavior, and conduct problems that can be rapidly completed in under 5 minutes by a parent or teacher and scored in under 1 minute with no special software or conversion tables. It is a psychological test intended for use only by qualified professionals. Information about the CHAOS can be obtained from the links below. Before using the scale, you must obtain permission from the scale author, William Kronenberger, Ph.D., at wkronenb@iupui.edu. You will be provided with a free password to access the files at that time.
